WEST MEADOWS FULLY OCCUPIED

Network and communications experts Comex 2000 Ltd has taken the final unit at West Meadows in Derby.

It has taken A5, a 5,526 sq ft unit, on a 5 year lease to accommodate its storage needs and will complement its head office in Pride Park in the city.

Prior to agreeing to the lease, the unit was refurbished to a high standard.

Neil Smith, from Comex 2000 Ltd, said: “The property was well presented and ready to move into which, together with its convenient location, made the decision easy for us.”

Paula James, industrial lettings manager, said: “West Meadows in an exceptionally well placed industrial estate on the edge of Derby City Centre, which traditionally has made it very popular for a range of businesses that require excellent transport links.

“We are delighted that the estate is now fully let and at rents that FHP advised us would be achieved reflecting the investment we have made in the properties.”
