An events and conferences services specialist has turned the spotlight on its own future after moving its operations to the West Midlands from the South coast.

Harmony Audio Visual has relocated from Andover, Hampshire, to the Black Country after finding the ideal premises at Building 22, Bay 8 at The Pensnett Estate, Kingswinford.

Chris Irwin, managing director of Harmony, which supplies audio visual equipment for conferences and exhibitions across the globe for the pharmaceutical, education and financial sectors, has agreed a five-year lease for the 1,638 sq ft unit.

He said he hoped that 2016 would herald an exciting new chapter for the business by moving to premises that are three times larger than its previous headquarters.

“Business is really starting to pick up and I’m hoping that this year will be a good one for Harmony Audio Visual now that we have moved to our new premises,” he said.

“It’s in an excellent location, close to the motorway network and to my new home. I’m really pleased that LCP helped me to find the ideal location for my business – I’ll now be working hard to raise our profile locally and win new clients.”

Paula James, industrial lettings manager, said: “Our property portfolio comprises a wide range of premises that are suitable for start-ups right up to large, industrial units. We showed Harmony Audio Visuals a couple of our smaller units and we were pleased that Building 22 was selected as its new home.”
