SHOPPING CENTRE WELCOMES NEW TENANT

LCP Properties Sp. z o.o., the owner of Echo Shopping Centre in Radom, has finalized a subsequent lease. The new tenants are: Komfort S.A. and Komfort  Lazienki  Sp. z o.o. (formerly Opoczno Lazienki Sp. z o.o.).

The new stores Komfort and Komfort Lazienki will occupy a total area of 1,148 m² of the shopping centre.

The new tenant of  ECHO -  Komfort S.A. for over 20 years has been offering customers in the Polish market a wide range of flooring products: wooden and laminate floors, carpeting and rugs. Komfort Lazienki provides a full range of tiles and floors coverings and sanitary ware.

ECHO shopping centre in Radom is conveniently located and well communicated. Some of the tenants of ECHO are: Auchan hypermarket, RTV Euro AGD, Textilmarket and Kik. Over the last few months the company completed two more leases: Rossmann and JYSK stores. There are few remaining spaces left for rent.

Rossmann is opening in April this year, while JYSK and Komfort stores will open before summer holidays.

ECHO Shopping Centre in Radom was opened in May 2000. The owner and manager of the shopping centre is London and Cambridge Properties Sp. z o.o., Polish branch of  London & Cambridge Properties Ltd (LCP). This is one of the largest British companies in real estate and private investors in Europe, specialising in commercial real estate.
