LCP EXPANDS ESTATES TEAM WITH NEW PROJECT SURVEYOR

National commercial property and investment company LCP has expanded its estates team with the appointment of a project surveyor.

Stuart Adkins joins LCP’s headquarters at The Pensnett Estate, its flagship industrial estate in Kingswinford, from Sanctuary Housing, where he was asset surveyor.

A graduate of the University of the West of England, where he studied building surveying, he is now undertaking his assessment of professional competence (APC) to become a chartered surveyor.

He said: “I’m excited to join a national company that has some very ambitious plans for growth and to be part of a dynamic team that has a varied portfolio, working to deliver an excellent service for both clients and stakeholders.”

Jason Goss, Head of Estates at LCP, said: “Our acquisition plans mean that we need to increase the number of staff within our Estates team to cope with the growing portfolios and I’m very pleased to welcome Stuart to the company.”
