LCP, the national commercial property and investment company, has appointed a new property manager as it continues to grow its Scotland office.

David Irvine joins the Glasgow-based team from CBRE, where he was associate director, working within the national team’s office and retail portfolios. Prior to that, he was senior surveyor at Workman LLP.

In his new role, he will work alongside the asset management team to grow LCP’s portfolios across Scotland.

“It’s clear from LCP’s acquisitions over the past couple of years and its ambitions to grow further that it is a strong and confident company,” he said. “This level of dynamism, along with a strong team based both in Glasgow and elsewhere in the UK, made the prospect of working here an attractive one.”

Welcoming David to LCP, asset manager Roddy Proudfoot said: “David has a strong background in the management of shopping centres, retail parks and multi-let industrial assets via his previous roles. As we’re proud of our pro-active asset management and are looking forward to yet another strong year of growth, we needed someone of David’s calibre to join the team."
