Bargain Buys has opened its store in Penicuik this week in Penicuik Shopping Centre.

Scores of shoppers lined the street, waiting for the store to open at 10am September 18th, to grab the £3000 worth of special offers that were available for the first day.

Executive Chairman, Nadir Lalani, commented: “We are pleased to be opening a Bargain Buys store for the people of Penicuik, with loads of fantastic branded products, all at bargain prices, and look forward to opening even more new stores throughout 2019, creating over 1000 jobs.

Dermit Smith, asset manager for LCP, which manages the centre on behalf of sister company Sheet Anchor Evolve (London) Ltd, said: “It’s great to have Bargain Buys open, bringing a great national brand to local shoppers.”

Penicuik Shopping Centre is 10 miles south of Edinburgh city centre and is directly adjacent to the pedestrianised John Street, in the commercial heart of the town. Tenants include Farmfoods, Greggs, Cancer Research , TSB Bank  and Rowlands Pharmacy.
